Ugovor / Draft

Ovaj ugovor ("Ugovor") zaključen je između [Ime klijentske kompanije] ("Klijent") i [Ime vaše kompanije] ("Mi") u svrhu pretrage i angažovanja radne snage/sposobnosti u skladu sa detaljima koje je Klijent pružio u Upitniku.

Opseg rada: Mi ćemo pretražiti i dostaviti Klijentu listu potencijalnih kandidata na osnovu informacija pruženih u Upitniku.

Naknada za uspeh: Kao naknadu za usluge koje pružamo, Klijent se slaže da plati naknadu za uspeh prema međusobno dogovorenim uslovima, u slučaju uspešnog obavljanja posla i angažovanja kandidata sa liste koju smo pružili.

Poverljivost: Mi ćemo održavati strogu poverljivost svih informacija pruženih od strane Klijenta i kandidata tokom procesa pretrage i zapošljavanja.

Važeće pravo: Ovaj ugovor će biti uređen i tumačen u skladu sa zakonima [Vaše zemlje/države].

Ceo sporazum: Ovaj ugovor sadrži sveobuhvatno razumevanje između stranaka i stavlja van snage sve prethodne usmeni ili pisane sporazume i razumevanja u vezi sa predmetom ovog ugovora.

Raskid: Bilo koja stranka može raskinuti ovaj ugovor uz pisanu obaveštenost drugoj strani u slučaju kršenja uslova navedenih u ovom ugovoru.
